- Reservation and Payment
1.1 To confirm the reservation, the guest must make full payment for the stay at the time of booking.
1.2 Accepted payment methods are:
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Zelle
- Electronic Bank Transfer (Wire)
1.3 Failure to make full payment at the time of booking may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
1.4 Any additional services or add-ons requested by the guest will be charged separately and must be paid before check-in.
- Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive an 80% refund.
2.2 Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
2.3 Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be treated as a non-refundable cancellation.
2.4 In the event of early departure, no refunds will be issued for unused nights.
2.5 Any refund processing fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Check-in and Check-out
3.1 Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
3.2 Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
3.3 Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must coordinate this with the hosts in advance.
3.4 Late check-out without prior approval will incur a charge of $100 per hour past 10:00 AM.
3.5 The primary guest must be present during check-in and check-out.
- Occupancy and Property Use
4.1 The maximum occupancy for The Luxe Retreat is 10 guests.
4.2 The property is to be used exclusively for residential purposes. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the hosts.
4.3 Subletting the property is not permitted.
4.4 Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund and the possibility of additional fines.
- Property Rules
5.1 Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations will result in a $350 cleaning fee.
5.2 Pets: Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed, in writing, with the hosts. Service dogs are permitted with prior written approval, subject to a non-refundable fee of $350 plus a daily fee of $50.
5.3 Condition of Property: Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition. Any damage or malfunction must be reported to the hosts immediately.
5.4 Noise Policy: To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Excessive noise may result in the termination of the stay.
5.5 Pool Use: Use the pool at your own risk. Removing the pool fence is also done at your own risk. Please ensure the fence is reinstalled when leaving the property. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Supervise children at all times. Glass is prohibited near the pool area.
5.6 Pool Equipment: DO NOT TOUCH OR MODIFY THE POOL EQUIPMENT.
5.7 Parking: Guests must park in designated areas and are prohibited from parking on the grass or in front of neighboring homes.
5.8 Furniture: Guests must not move furniture or make any modifications to the property without the hosts’ prior consent.
5.9 Any damage caused by the guests, whether accidental or intentional, will be the responsibility of the guest, and repair costs may be charged.
- Liability
6.1 The hosts are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings. Guests are advised to lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
6.2 The hosts are not liable for any injuries sustained by guests during their stay, including but not limited to accidents involving the pool or exercise equipment.
6.3 The guest acknowledges that they use the pool, gym equipment, and other amenities at their own risk.
- Force Majeure
7.1 The hosts are not responsible for cancellations, changes, or interruptions to the stay due to events outside their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, extreme weather conditions, or government restrictions.
- Privacy Policy
8.1 The Luxe Retreat respects the privacy of its guests. Any personal information provided during the reservation process will be handled with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary to manage the booking or comply with legal requirements.
8.2 Payment information is processed securely through trusted third-party platforms like PayPal, Stripe, and Zelle.
- Modification of Terms and Conditions
9.1 The hosts reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice to the guest. The terms and conditions applicable to a guest will be those in effect at the time the reservation is confirmed.
By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Violations may result in additional fees, termination of the stay, or other penalties as deemed appropriate by the hosts.
