- Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before Arrival
- Refund: Guests who cancel 60 days or more before their scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Non-Refundable Amount: 50% of the booking amount will be retained to cover administrative and preparation costs.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival
- Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for these cancellations.
- Booking Modifications: In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of arrival, guests may request to change their booking dates subject to availability. Any modifications may incur additional fees.
- No-Show Policy
- If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refunds will be issued. The reservation will be canceled, and the full booking amount will be retained.
- Early Departure Policy
- If the guest chooses to depart before the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be issued for the unused nights.
- Special Circumstances
- In the case of cancellations due to unforeseen emergencies or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or serious illness), guests may contact us directly to discuss possible solutions, such as rescheduling the stay or issuing a partial refund at the hosts’ discretion.
- Refund Processing
- Any refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing fees associated with refunds, if any, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Travel Insurance
- We highly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen circumstances that may affect their stay. Travel insurance can cover costs related to cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
